At Fixolla, we use only genuine and new spare parts while repairing the damaged devices. We believe that genuine parts have longer shell life and can better compliment your device. Local alternatives do not have a great life and can also slow down your smartphone's performance. Genuine parts are high on quality and functioning and we only invest in new and original spare parts.

It all depends on the nature and degree of damage. We do not follow a default template to respond to every query rather we analyze the issue and come up with a customized approach to sort it out. If the issue is related to ear phones, speaker or volume button non-functioning, then they can be resolved in a very short span. But issues related to motherboard replacement, or screen replacement requires time as such tasks needs to be performed with utmost care and attention. The average return time is 1-2 days.

We have a team of highly experienced professionals, who are expert at their work. We go a mile extra to repair your phone but in case we are not able to repair the fault then you will be eligible for a 100% refund.

We understand how vital your personal data and information are, that is why we request our customers to take a backup before surrendering their device. All the mobile phones are safe in our custody, but Fixolla cannot be held responsible for any privacy breach in any manner.

Yes, Fixola has a team of experienced smartphone experts offering honest analysis and solutions in all hardware and software related problems.

Mobiles/Tablet handed over in switched off state would be treated as dead mobile and the actual cost of repair would be confirmed post diagnosis. Rs.149/- would be charged for diagnosis and this amount is non-refundable.

You receive an email confirmation once your mobile has been picked. Your phone is then dispatched to our workshop where it is diagnosed and repaired.

Fixolla charges Rs.149/- for diagnosis. This is collected at the time of phone pickup. The price you see on the website is inclusive of this service charge and this gets adjusted in the final invoice. In case of any additional charges, you would be intimated before mobile service begins.

There is no service charge on concerns/complaints regarding repairs that are raised within 7 days of delivery of device. However, charge if the complaint is raised after 7 days post-delivery, we charge a nominal service charge of Rs.149/- as service/labor fee.

1.Repairs of liquid damage or water damage phones do not carry any warranty.
2.Warranty for all repairs other than Touch & LCD is 30 days from the time device has been delivered
3.For Touch/LCD repairs, fixolla provides a service warranty of 90 days from the time mobile has been delivered.
4.The warranty only covers the issues/components which were fixed by fixolla. Any other issues with other components not serviced by fixolla will not be covered under warranty.
5.Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/damage caused by external environment after a mobile has been delivered.

Fixola guarantees the safety of your electronic devices by providing security insurance and undertaking blanket responsibility against any possible theft/loss caused while the mobile device is in its possession. However please note physical damage to screen often results damage to other components (sensor, motherboard, etc.) and Fixolla won’t be held responsible for issues which are discovered during the process of repair. Repair/diagnosis of device might result in minor wear & tear, hence the device might not be returned in as-is state. Incase of device being lost / misplaced by, a fully functional device of same / similar configuration will be given to customer as replacement.
